Think Hosting respects your privacy. We have created this
privacy statement in order to demonstrate our
commitment to you, our customer. This privacy
statement discloses the privacy practices for

We do not sell or rent our mailing list to 3rd parties.
We only send email and snail mail to those who
have elected to receive it from us or on behalf

the Think Hosting homepage.
If we find that any account hosting with us is being used
for the purpose of sending spam, we take action

Domain name registration information legally has
to be available to the public. Since domain name
registration information is available to the
public, anyone can access it through "whois"
searches. The Whois database is a publicly
accessible database that lists the domain name
and content information of each registrant. The
domain name registration you provide is hosted by
us to the public . At times our customers may
have been included within searches of the whois
database. However, the spam they receive does not
in any way come from Think Hosting.
Persons wishing
to do so, may make their domains registrations private at an
additional cost.
We will never give any information about you to others without
your express permission. For example, we will supply your
domain information to the domain name registry to enable the
registration of your domains or if a problem arises within
your domain name registration. Our site uses forms in which
you give us contact information (like your name, address, and
email address) so you can place orders, request information
and support, and make product suggestions. We use your
customer information only when it will be important for us to
contact you regarding functionality changes to our products,
our web site, new Think Hosting services, and special
offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not
receive this information, we WILL remove you from any mailing

orders, and to send information that you have
requested. We also provide email links, as on our
"About Think Hosting" page, to allow you to
contact us directly. We strive to promptly reply

used to improve this site and our products, or it
may be reviewed and discarded. However, your
information will only be shared with third
parties with your explicit permission.
Only If We Have To - As stated previously
in this policy, we will never give out your
information without your permission. The only
exceptions to this are, when we are required by

necessary in order to conform to the edicts of
the law, or we must comply with a legal process

processing company to bill users for goods and
services. These types of companies do not retain,

Contest - From time-to-time our site
requests information from users via surveys or

contests is completely voluntary and the user
therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose
this information. Information requested may

email address. Think Hosting will
automatically send the friend a one-time email
inviting them to visit the site. Think Hosting stores this information for the sole
purpose of sending this one-time email. The
