remotely connect into your computer allowing us to diagnose
& correct improper settings, or other software related
issues.
We can
also tweak your settings for improved performance and
reliability as well as making it more user friendly.
It's the
perfect alternative to spending a lot of time un-connecting
all those cables, boxing it up, taking it to the computer
shop and leaving it for who knows how long!
Over 90%
of all computer problems are software related, improper
settings or even worse virus's, Trojans or worms. Even
if your system is new and under warranty, you will find that
software related issues are NOT covered by the manufacturer!

How does it work?
1. You
must be able to
establish and maintain a active internet connection in order
to use the "Remote Diagnostic & Assistance service.
2. Complete
our online request for Diagnostics & Assistance. Please fill
in as much information as you can. The more
information we have the easier it will be for us to
accurately diagnose & correct the problem.
3.
After reviewing your case and
establishing with reasonable certainty that we will be able
to help, we will contact you for billing information &
schedule a convenient time for your remote assist
session. Please select a time in which you will be
able to devote approx one hour to the session without
outside interference or interruptions.
